Refunds are issued if the product passes inspection and meets return conditions. 

Restocking fees apply in some cases:

- 20% for unopened items outside the 7-day return window
- 20% for items with slightly damaged packaging
- 50% for assembled or no original packaging
No refund for used, altered, or incomplete items.
