How do I track my order or replacement?

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive an email from us with the shipping details and tracking number. Please contact the courier company directly for the most accurate updates on your parcel.

My tracking number doesn’t work or looks incorrect

Please get in touch with our team first - we’ll check your tracking link and let you know if you’ll need to follow up with the delivery company directly.

The tracking says delivered, but I haven’t received it.

If your package is marked as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please contact the courier company directly. Urban Sales is not responsible for packages once they are marked as delivered.

Why is my item delayed or past the ETA?

Shipping delays are outside of our control. If there is a delay, it may take an additional 7–10 business days for delivery. Urban Sales is not responsible for courier company delays.

What does "Leaves warehouse" mean?

It means your order has been picked up by the courier and is on its way to you. The delivery timeframe starts once the courier collects the order from our warehouse.

How do I contact the courier?

You’ll find courier contact information and your tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. For the fastest response, contact the courier company directly using those details.

Who is responsible if my package is lost or stolen after delivery?

Urban Sales is not responsible for packages that have been scanned as “delivered.” If authority to leave was given, the courier company is not liable for loss or damage.
