Do you offer free, express, or overnight shipping?

We don’t currently offer free, express, or overnight shipping, but we aim to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.

When will my order be shipped?

If your item is in stock, we aim to ship it within 2 to 4 business days. For pre-orders, we’ll start processing and delivery as soon as the stock arrives.

How long will delivery take?

We do not ship to PO boxes or parcel lockers. All deliveries require a physical street address.

Currently, we only ship within New Zealand.

Do you deliver outside of Auckland?

Yes - all products can be shipped anywhere in New Zealand, including rural areas.

What delivery services or couriers do you use?

We partner with trusted New Zealand couriers including Onsend, Fliway, KiwiExpress, and Posthaste to ensure safe, trackable delivery of your order.

Can I arrange my own courier?

Yes, you may arrange your own courier, especially for highly fragile items like mirrors or glass tops, which we do not ship. These can be collected from our Auckland warehouse.

Why is my order arriving in multiple deliveries?

If some items are in stock and others are on backorder, we may send them separately to get your available items to you sooner. Additional delivery costs may apply.

What are normal delivery hours?

Deliveries are generally made during standard working hours, Monday to Friday.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

We can update your delivery address only if your order hasn’t been shipped yet. Once dispatched, you’ll need to contact the courier directly.

What should I do if my delivery is damaged?

Please inspect your order on arrival. If there’s visible damage, note “Damage/Loss” on the consignment note and contact us within 12 hours with photos to support your claim.

If I return a delivered item, will my shipping fees be refunded?

No - original shipping fees are non-refundable, as they cover the carrier’s delivery service.

What if I’m not home when my delivery arrives?

Our couriers usually require a signature. If you provide authority to leave instructions, please note we are not liable for any loss or damage to unattended packages.
