Shipping costs vary depending on your location relative to our warehouse. Enter your postcode in the Check estimated shipping fee tool or your full address at checkout to view the exact cost.

Do you offer free, express, or overnight shipping?

We don’t currently offer free, express, or overnight shipping, but we aim to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.

When will my order be shipped?

If your item is in stock, we aim to ship it within 2 business days. For pre-orders, we’ll start processing and delivery as soon as the stock arrives.

How long will delivery take?

We work with trusted courier partners across New Zealand to deliver your order with Track and Trace. Delivery begins after dispatch. Typical timeframes:2–3 working days to Auckland3–5 working days to North Island5–10 working days to South IslandUp to

Will all items arrive at the same time?

Yes, unless your order includes out-of-stock items. In that case, we can send them separately upon request - additional delivery charges may apply.

Why is my order shipped separately?

If some items are in stock and others aren’t, we may send them in multiple deliveries to get your items to you faster. Extra charges may apply.

What happens if I buy from a local partner?

Delivery and stock timeframes may vary. Details will be confirmed at checkout or follow-up email. Reach out to our team if you’re unsure.

Can I nominate a delivery date and time?

Yes, leave your preferred date/time in the checkout instructions. We’ll try to accommodate it.Note: Couriers don’t guarantee delivery times or operate on weekends.

Can I add delivery instructions or authority to leave?

Yes. You can request ATL during checkout. Note: Couriers are not liable for loss/damage to packages left unattended.

Do you ship to PO boxes or parcel lockers?

No. We require a physical street address for all deliveries.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within New Zealand.

Do you deliver outside of Auckland?

Yes-we ship to all of New Zealand, including rural areas.

What delivery services or couriers do you use?

We use trusted partners like Onsend, Fliway, KiwiExpress, and Posthaste to ensure safe, trackable delivery.

Can I arrange my own courier?

Yes. Especially for fragile items like mirrors or glass, you can collect from our Auckland warehouse or send your own courier.

Why is my order arriving in multiple deliveries?

We may split deliveries if some items are in stock and others are backordered, so you get items faster. Additional delivery fees may apply.

What are normal delivery hours?

Deliveries are made during standard business hours, Monday to Friday.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

Only if the order hasn’t been shipped yet. After dispatch, please contact the courier directly.

What should I do if my delivery is damaged?

Note "Damage/Loss" on the courier slip and contact us within 12 hours with supporting photos.

If I return a delivered item, will my shipping fees be refunded?

No. Shipping is non-refundable. For change of mind, we deduct return shipping from your refund. If it’s our error, we cover return shipping.

What if I’m not home when my delivery arrives?

Couriers usually require a signature. If ATL is provided, liability for loss/damage transfers to you after drop-off.

Will I pay extra for deliveries to rural areas?

Yes. Rural addresses may incur surcharges. If the quoted fee doesn’t cover this, delivery will default to the nearest depot unless extra is paid.

What if my item is oversized?

Items over 1500mm, 0.125m³, or 25kg may incur oversize surcharges.Multi-level surcharge: covers ground floor onlyRural surcharge: covers local depot only

What is your Delivery Point Policy?

The Delivery Point is outside your building - typically the front door or specified area. Rural areas = depot. Requests beyond that may incur a fee.

Can I ship highly fragile items?

No. We do not ship mirrors or glass tops. You must pick up or arrange a courier. If we ship at your request, risk and liability are yours.
