Can I buy a product in the showroom and take it home the same day?
Yes. If the item is in stock you can purchase it in the showroom and take it home immediately.
Are all products available to take home from the showroom?
Many products are available for immediate pickup if they show in stock. Some items may be stored in the warehouse and our team will assist with collection. Certain items are located at our local partner warehouse, in which case they will be available
Do I need to order online before visiting the showroom?
No. You can purchase directly in store.
Can I check stock before visiting the showroom?
Yes. You can view live stock availability on the product page. If the item shows in stock it is usually available for pickup. We always recommend you to contact us first to ensure the product is available.
Can I reserve an item before I visit the showroom?
Yes, please call our showroom in advance and we can put a temporary hold on the item you want. Please note that we can only hold the item for a limited time.
How quickly can I collect an item after buying in store?
If the item is available you can usually take it home immediately after purchase. Our staff will fetch your item from the warehouse immediately.
Can showroom staff bring items from the warehouse for me?
Yes. If the product is stocked in the warehouse our team can arrange collection during your visit.
Can I inspect a product in the showroom before buying it?
Yes. Many products are on display so you can see them before purchasing.
Can I purchase online while I am in the showroom and collect it straight away?
No. Online payments require processing time, so the order may not be ready for immediate pickup.
Can I combine multiple items into one pickup?
Yes. If all items are in stock they can be collected together. Please provide all of the invoice numbers of the items you want to pick up to ensure no item gets missed.
Can I pick up furniture or large items after buying in store?
Yes. Large items can be collected from our warehouse, provided you have a suitable vehicle for transport. Package dimensions are listed on the product page so you can check if the item will fit in your vehicle. 🚚
Will staff help load large items into my vehicle?
Our team can assist with loading where possible.
What vehicle should I bring for larger items?
We recommend bringing a suitable vehicle depending on the size of the product. Package dimensions are listed on the product page so you can check if the item will fit in your vehicle. 🚚
