Yes, we offer flexible finance options through Afterpay, QCard (in-store) and Zip.
The promotion has ended - can I still get the same discount from yesterday’s sale?
Unfortunately, once a promotion has ended, we’re unable to apply the previous discount. Promotional pricing is only valid during the advertised period. ⚠ Keep an eye on our website or sign up to our newsletter so you don’t miss future offers.
How do I use a promotional code or coupon?
Enter your promo code in the “Add a Coupon Code” box at checkout and click “Apply” before completing your purchase. Your total will update automatically if the code is valid.
Can I use multiple coupons in one order?
Sometimes we run multiple promotions at the same time, please enter all the coupon codes you have and the system will apply all eligible codes for you. You can check the terms and conditions of the current promotions here.
What if I forgot to apply a coupon?
Unfortunately, we’re unable to apply discount codes after an order has been placed. If you’re unsure, please reach out before checking out - we’re happy to help.

Do you offer price matching?
We do not offer price matching. Price differences can reflect supplier variations, currency changes, shipping, or product condition. Our pricing reflects the full cost of importing, handling, and local support.
Can I still get the sale price after the sale has ended?
No. Discounts or promotional prices only apply during the advertised sale period. Once the sale has ended, the discount cannot be applied or honoured.
