What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, bank transfers, and payment platforms like Laybuy, Afterpay, and Zip for added flexibility. You can choose the option that works best for you at checkout.

How do I pay an outstanding balance?

If there’s a remaining amount to pay on your order, our team will get in touch and send you an invoice. You can pay via bank transfer or in person at our showroom.

Do you offer finance options?

Yes, we offer flexible finance options through Afterpay, QCard (in-store), and Zip.

The promotion has ended—can I still get the same discount from yesterday’s sale?

Unfortunately, once a promotion has ended, we’re unable to apply the previous discount. Promotional pricing is only valid during the advertised period.

How do I use a promotional code or coupon?

Enter your promo code in the "Add a Coupon Code" box at checkout and click “Apply.” If valid, the discount will be automatically applied.

Can I use multiple coupons in one order?

No. Only one promotional code can be used per order. Choose the one with the best value for your purchase.

What if I forgot to apply a coupon?

Unfortunately, we can’t apply discount codes after an order is placed. If unsure, contact us before completing your order—we’re happy to help.

What are the coupon code rules and expiry dates?

Each promo code has terms including minimum spend, eligible products, and expiry dates. These are shared when the code is issued—check them before applying.

Do you offer price matching?

We do not offer price matching. Price differences may reflect supplier pricing, currency changes, shipping costs, or product condition. Our pricing covers importing, handling, and local support.
