Where is your showroom?

You’ll find us at Building A, 32 Patiki Road, Avondale, Auckland.

What are the showroom hours?

Monday–Saturday: 9:45 am – 5:15 pmSunday: 10:00 am – 5:00 pm

Is every product on display?

We have an extensive range, so we can’t guarantee every item is on display. To make the most of your time, we recommend emailing or calling us in advance to check on the product you want to view.

Can I purchase and pick up in-store, or do I need to order online?

Yes, you can! If you don’t place an online order, feel free to pop in and purchase in-store. If the product is in stock, you can pick it up right away-just bring a van or trailer for larger items!

Can I pick up my online order directly from the showroom?

Yes - once you’ve received your Ready for Pickup email! Please make sure to book a pickup time slot in advance or contact the team ahead of time, so they have time to prepare your order before you arrive.

Do I need to bring anything when picking up in-store?

Yes - please bring your order confirmation or Ready for Pickup email, and if someone else is collecting for you, let us know their details when booking.

Is there parking at the showroom?

Yes, we have marked parking spaces available in front of the showroom, including spots near the Click & Collect sign for easy pickups.

Can I see sale or clearance items in-store?

Some sale and clearance items may be available in the showroom, but availability can vary. Feel free to call ahead to check if a specific deal or item is on display.

Can I test or try out products in the showroom?

Yes, for products on display-feel free to touch, sit on, or test items like sofas, chairs, or mattresses that are part of the showroom floor.

How do I know what’s on display in your showroom?
