These are products discounted because they may be display models, have minor imperfections, or are surplus stock.

Why are these items heavily discounted?

They’re reduced because they may have minor cosmetic flaws, were used for display, were returned, or may come pre-assembled.

Can I return, exchange, or get a refund for these items?

No. Due to their discounted nature, these items are sold as-is and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Can I get assistance with delivery of clearance items?

No - we’re not able to offer shipping for floor model clearance pieces. Many have imperfections and lack original flat packs, making them too delicate to ship. Please arrange your own transport based on the product and its condition.

Can I reserve an item?

No, we can’t hold or reserve clearance items due to limited stock and space. Visit the showroom as soon as possible - clearance stock moves quickly and is first-come, first-served.

How do I know if an item is a clearance or imperfect product?

Clearance items are clearly marked in-store or placed in our dedicated clearance corner.

Are there warranties on these clearance items?

No, clearance items do not come with warranties.

How can I be sure of the product’s condition before buying?

Are these items still covered under consumer guarantees?

Consumer guarantees under the Consumer Guarantees Act may be limited due to the product’s condition. If a defect was disclosed before purchase, it doesn’t count toward making the item unacceptable.
