Showroom and customer service hours:Monday–Saturday: 9:45 am – 5:15 pmSunday: 10:00 am – 5:00 pm

Where are you located?

Our showroom and warehouse are located at Building A, 32 Patiki Road, Avondale, Auckland.

Can I visit your showroom?

Yes! You’re welcome to browse in person. To check if a specific product is on display, look for the “View in Showroom” label on the product page or contact us before visiting.

Do you offer live chat?

Yes! Visit our website and click the Live Chat bubble at the bottom right of the page. We’re happy to help.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow its journey online.

Is parking available at your showroom?

Yes – there’s plenty of free customer parking right outside the showroom.
