All pickups are from our location at Building A, 32 Patiki Road, Avondale, Auckland.
Please wait for the “Ready For Pickup” notification email before coming to collect. This email will also include all the pickup procedures.

Yes! You must book a pickup in advance using the booking link in your notification email. Without a booking, we can’t guarantee pickup as stock may be off-site.
Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a “Ready For Pickup” email. This email includes a booking link where you can choose your preferred pickup time. Simply follow the link and select a time slot that suits you.
Monday to Saturday: 9:30 am to 5:00 pmSunday: 10:00 am to 5:00 pm
There are 48 time slots per day, from 9:30–10:30 am (first) to 5:00–5:30 pm (last). Please book early to secure your preferred slot-demand is high!

Not for online orders-to secure stock online, you need to place and pay for the order at checkout. Alternatively, you can visit the showroom to purchase and collect in one go.
Yes, that’s totally fine. Just let our team know ahead of time, and make sure the person collecting the order has your invoice number or confirmation email for reference.
Yes! When booking the pickup, just provide the details of your nominated pickup person.
