Want to pick up your order? Here's how it works.

Can I click & collect every product?

Most in-stock products are available for Click & Collect, but some dropship or special-order items may not be. We recommend checking the product page or contacting us to confirm before placing your order.

Where do I pick up my order?

All pickups are from our location at Building A, 32 Patiki Road, Avondale, Auckland.

When will I know my order is ready for pickup?

Please wait for the “Ready For Pickup” notification email before coming to collect. This email will also include all the pickup procedures.

Can I go to the store or warehouse before I receive my Ready to Collect email?

We recommend you don’t. We need time to locate and prepare your item for your booked pickup slot. If you arrive before receiving your Ready to Collect email, we can’t guarantee your order will be ready-and you may need to wait while the team finds an

Do I need to book a pickup?

Yes! You must book a pickup in advance using the booking link in your notification email. Without a booking, we can’t guarantee pickup as stock may be off-site.

How do I book a pickup?

Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a “Ready For Pickup” email. This email includes a booking link where you can choose your preferred pickup time. Simply follow the link and select a time slot that suits you.

What are the pickup hours?

Monday to Saturday: 9:30 am to 5:00 pmSunday: 10:00 am to 5:00 pm

How do the pickup time slots work?

There are 48 time slots per day, from 9:30–10:30 am (first) to 5:00–5:30 pm (last). Please book early to secure your preferred slot-demand is high!

What’s the pickup procedure?

Can I pay for my order when I collect?

Not for online orders-to secure stock online, you need to place and pay for the order at checkout. Alternatively, you can visit the showroom to purchase and collect in one go.

Can I pick up with a different vehicle?

Yes, that’s totally fine. Just let our team know ahead of time, and make sure the person collecting the order has your invoice number or confirmation email for reference.

Can someone else collect my order?

Yes! When booking the pickup, just provide the details of your nominated pickup person.
