Please get in touch with us first to receive return authorisation and a Return Form. Once approved, pack your item securely - ideally in the original packaging or something protective - and either drop it off at our showroom or send it back via a registered, track-and-trace courier.
We’ll need up to 10 working days to inspect your return. Once that’s done, we’ll be in touch to let you know the outcome.
